Scheduled Maintenance Window

Starting on October 12th at 9:00 PM (EST), our Facilities Team will be performing maintenance on our processing servers. This maintenance will require that our servers be powered down for a short period of time. Although the maintenance window will remain open for a few hours, we will only be down for a short time during this window and will help to ensure that our server(s) aren’t inadvertently interrupted in the future. This will not require any action on your part.

This maintenance is expected to be service affecting, and for that we apologize, but it is necessary in order to provide platform stability going forward. If you experience any issues or witness any abnormalities that last beyond the expected maintenance window, please do not hesitate to let us know. Thank you for being a loyal customer and putting your valuable trust in our DIY Portal Marketing tools for all these years.

Although we have tried our best to keep the expenses low, our operating costs have increased significantly due to global factors in recent times.

Effective 1/1/2024, a service fee of $5.00 will be added to each order placed in the DIY Portal. If you have automated your internal processes with our DIY Portal via AutoFTP or API, you will not be charged $5.00 per file submitted using these methods.
