Scheduled Maintenance Window

Starting on November 15th, 2021 at 11:00 PM (EST), our Facilities Team will be performing maintenance on our processing servers. This maintenance will require that our servers be powered down for a short period of time. Although the maintenance window will remain open for two hours (until November 15th, 2021 at 01:00 AM (EST), we will only be down for a short time during this window and will help to ensure that our server(s) aren’t inadvertently interrupted in the future. This will not require any action on your part.

This maintenance is expected to be service affecting, and for that we apologize, but it is necessary in order to provide platform stability going forward. If you experience any issues or witness any abnormalities that last beyond the expected maintenance window, please do not hesitate to let us know.
